Club allocation: 75% to Potomac Valley Radio Club, 25% to South East Contest
Club.

A great job by our team overcoming the terrible low band conditions. Heavy
thunderstorms Friday night and continuing QRN made 80M just about unusable
and
we could have used the 3 points/Q. 40M also suffered but not quite as bad.
Having to make up the points on the high bands required a lot of watching
band
changes and attention to in-band ballet. The EA4TX box worked well to
prevent inband violations.
10M was usable both days but not as good as other contests this season.
Conditions also improved on the second day with 15 having some night time
propagation. This brought us up to similar previous results but no records.
