[PVRCNC] Fwd: Volta RTTY NC4SW SOAB-6 HP

I only got to work Saturday evening.  Was not able to get any run going of
more than a few QSO.   I did manage to find Don.  (Thanks Don.)  It did
give me a chance to use SDR Console as a panadapter for the SDR Play RSP1A
I use.  Was able to get a second virtual receiver running within the band
so I could see what was going on between transmits.  I still like SDR UNO
better, but this has a much lower CPU overhead.  I will experiment with it
more.
