[PVRCNC] K3WA in VOLTA RTTY Contest

Soapbox.  A few hours in the VOLTA RTTY contest.  Conditions were very far
from good.  20M was really bad with very few copyable signals.  First QSO
was a very loud KH6.  Then found the band to be blah.  Could not get a run
started.  15M was better with conditions to EU and one JA.  Most of the EU
stations called in on a short run.  Only heard five stations on 10M.  All
were in SA and all worked.  They were high point QSOs and would have liked
to see more of them.
