It's Monday.  A day of dread for a working person.  On the other hand, it
is also Halloween today.  The day of ghosts, goblins, and visits by
contesters who are now silent keys.  Let's raise a glass to them.  And also
some candy.

We all have a tough decision this evening.  We can sit outside in the cold
and hand out expensive candy to the children who come by threatening tricks
or begging for treats.  Or you can shut off the lights, lock the doors, and
eat yourself into a candy coma.  But whatever you choose, please don't
forget that this Thursday - yes this Thursday - is the PVRC NC monthly
meeting.  As usual, this meeting is a Hybrid Zoom meeting.  If you're in
