[PVRCNC] PVRC-NC Hybrid Meeting 4 August 2022

There were some good food/meeting suggestions made by others many months ago. 

No food poisoning issues at those other suggested places. 

I googled the tavern  and found food poising is a common problem with them at many venues. Not very appetizing.
