[PVRCNC] PVRC NC Meetings

Eric and Henry both have good points. Alternating in person and virtual probably is easier to manage. Both every month is too many. 
I’m still pretty careful. Between now and June I have three trips, Ireland, Dayton and VP5M, close together and a positive test would be disastrous for these plans so I’ll skip RARSFEST this year and non-essential in-person indoor stuff. 
Outdoor opportunities would be my preference between now and Winter.
