In about two weeks you will be receiving your ballot access link via email
to vote in the Trustee and Officer Elections for next year. In order to
receive a ballot, you must have a valid email address in the membership
roster.

The following members are qualified to receive a ballot but DO NOT have a
valid email address in the membership roster. If you know them, please let
them know they need to update their information. They can update the
information by using the Roster Lookup on the homepage, click on the
callsign and submit a request to change the member information.
