Another month has rolled around so it's time for another PVRC-NC Chapter
meeting. We're still in virtual space for now, so no Mad Dog burgers to
prime the pump. But if you make your own at home, at least let us see it so
we can get a virtual whiff. Details below. Show up early, show up late,
just show up.

At the end of this month, both CQWW Phone and Halloween coincide. So the
topic of discussion is what is the spookiest DX contact you've had.
