[PVRCNC] CQWPX CW next weekend

Next weekend is CQWPX CW. It marks the last HF contest in this season's
Olympics program. But even better, it has been declared a Double 5M Points
event! So you've got two good reasons to get on.

PVRC has won the club competition in the past but has come up just short
the last couple of years. Help reverse that trend and get on, add in a
little extra BIC time and help PVRC regain the club competition title.
Everybody works everybody, so big stations and propagation aren't a
requirement.
