 =======================

Hello PVRC and friends,

Noting the relaxations in pandemic issues with increasing
vaccinations, etc, we still need to meet on the internet for a time,
maybe two, maybe three. We will be having the discussion about getting
back to normal, or a modified "normal" in the meeting Thursday June 3.

I have a report on Manchester's which I will pass on.

Also if anyone knows the name and/or address of the place we went to
when the water main broke and the water was off at Manchester's, I
would appreciate it if you could let me know by separate email as soon
as you read this.

We will have an abbreviated round-the-table, keep it down to a minute
or so, but will do that after the discussion on meeting format.

We have moved the time from the Manchester's dinner meeting times, to
7-8:30 pm to allow folks to eat at home when their own food is cooked,
since we will not be both eating and bantering across the table as
during a Manchester's meeting. GoToMeeting will come on for this at
6:30 pm to allow "early arrival" pre-meeting yakety-yak.

Check-in particulars are above. Please remember to keep your mic on
mute when you are not speaking. It is amazing how much noise can get
on the circuit from desktop noises when the mike is open. Also, please
set up your display name to show {name} {callsign}. That's digital era
name badges. Also it allows the Chairman to keep up with who has come
in, without having to memorize call signs to go with faces, which he
can't do anyway.

With checkins increasing, take care to be decently brief during the
round-the-table. Hold your cross-table questions until after all have
had their turn. If you are multitasking during the round-the-table,
for courtesy you may wish to kill both your microphone and camera
until you are called.

For help with GoToMeeting from someone that actually knows how it
works, reply to this email. We will be watching out for you.

73, Guy K2AV
