Some places have to change owners before they can get past some problems.
Just a gut lurch there...

Manchester's manager has been very good to us. Maybe September and school
starting again will have helped things. The other thing that has been going
on is that a lot of wait staff are area college students covering expenses.
They just haven't been around. September and would think return of the
college students would start to help out the wait staff shortage.
