[PVRCNC] Announcing the Galactic Virtual Event

This year the Richmond FrostFest has been cancelled due to Covid-19, which
means the Galactic Luncheon held at the same time is also cancelled. But we
don't want to let the tradition of gathering with our fellow club members
from North and South and East and West to slip by. So we are announcing the
first ever Galactic Virtual Event!

We can't have lunch together, but fix your own lunch and join us on the
same date, February 6 at 1:00 PM for a club wide GoToMeeting gathering. We
are planning some great presentations relevant to all PVRC'ers (details
coming soon!).
