[PVRCNC] Galactic Event after action report

Thanks to the 61+ members (some called in and we never got a name/call) who
came to the online Galactic Event on Saturday and a big thanks to the
presenters who put in time and effort to prepare the great presentations.

For those who missed the event, thanks to the magic of the interwebs you
can still enjoy the fine presentations by K3AJ, KD4D and W3LPL. The
