[PVRCNC] K3WA in ARRL 160 CW Contest

Soapbox:  Got on for about four hours to see what I could hear and work on
160M with my flagpole antenna.  This year I had a S9 noise level and could
run about 200 watts before my tuner would start arcing.  Did better than
last year.  If I worked you - you were the loudest of the loud.
