[PVRCNC] K3WA in August 2021 NAQP CW

Soapbox:  With family here from out of state, I was only able to get in
about four hours in this NAQP.  Two hours in the afternoon and two in the
evening.  The afternoon hours were blah with high noise and weak signals.
Made using low power with a compromised antenna a challenge.  By evening
the heavy rain storms had moved up North and signals were somewhat better.
Still a fun contest.  Log submitted.
