[PVRCNC] Olympics 202-2021 Results

Not to distract you from the minor show in Tokyo, but the PVRC Olympics
Results are in! The 2020-2021 contest season ended with June and the
tallies have been tallied and it's time to crown the winners. With the cost
of crowns going up, we're sticking with medals, and the budget doesn't
allow for podiums either. So below is the list of medal winners for
2020-2021. There are 18 Gold medal winners, 23 Silver and 51 Bronze for a
total of 92 medals being awarded.
