[PVRCNC] PaQP K3TD SOMixed LP

Working PA from NC without 75/80 was a challenge!  I use an ATR-20 tuner 
with my 40-10 OCF dipole on 75/80 with very modest results, but now have 
RFI getting into the PC.  No RFI on 40-10 where the tuner is bypassed.  
Will go to work with my ferrite snap bead kits next weekend.

Had planned to spend most of my time on 75/80 but discovered a serious RFI
problems causing the PC to freeze after rearranging the operating 
position and
installing a new monitor two weeks ago. Time to get busy with the 
ferrite snap
beads.
