Had great plans for this contest!  Rebuilt an A3S and a 40-2CD, but the
rains and work got in the way, so I used a G5RV, which is decent on 40,
hardly good on 20 and useless above.  So the beams laid on the ground.  I
also found that the call seemed to flummox many.   I had many many repeats;
3 and 4 times to get the call.  I as running about 24 - 28 WPM.

Could only run part of the contest as it was my sons birthday.

40 was very interesting Friday night, when just about all I heard were ZLs
and the 5W, then suddenly an MX3 popped up.

Tried and tried to run with no luck so mainly S&P.  Not much of a score but
it all adds up.
