[PVRCNC] K3WA Weekend contests

Soapbox:  I was really looking forward to this weekend because there were
two contests to play in - the CQ WAE and the MDC QSO party.  Conditions
took a lot of the fun away.  And  someone stole 15 meters.

3830 and logs submitted for both.

MDC QSO Party.  Conditions were fair.  The MDC stations that I heard were
decent copy.  But there were not many that I heard down here in NC.  I
guess we were just the wrong distance for the conditions.

WAE CW:  Normally one of my favorite contests.  I actually like the
difference the QTCs add.  Not so much this year.  40 meters were noisey but
very good.  80 meters slept through this one.  And 20M weak the whole time.
