Bob is a legally blind Veteran ham.  He’s the voice behind the 6m FM nets on 53.03 and 53.45.  He needs someone with experience in installing towers to act as a project manager and help him finish his tower project. It is a 48' TBX tower and the first section is already set in the cement base and cured.
Bob really needs help in planning/coordinating the next steps.

Coordinate Volunteers (wife,brother-in-law, some ham friends) in...
Installing the other sections.
Installing the mast and rotor.
Assembly and installation of the antenna. Cushcraft HF Beam MA6B, .
He’s got a list of other minor projects once the big part is done, but the rest is easy.   
Bob has access to mobile bucket on weekends with a couple days notice.  He’s got a relative who is not a tower climber or ham with this kind of equipment. 
Bob does not have any jin poles,pulleys or ropes.
Neither Bob or his relatives have experience with towers!

It would be nice to break this up unto phases for completion but that is up to the Project Manager.

Bob’s QTH is about 20 minutes north of i540 at Leesville Rd.  He lives just south of the western end of Falls Lake.  
Anybody have a clue about TBX free-standing towers?  There are many people who would help.  I can climb Rohn guyed towers and would help, but I don’t know anything about free-standing tower construction.
