A minority of My ARRL Voice people are avid Winlink supporters (They are on the west coast, where avid Winlink contester N6AA lives), so MAV is not going to touch the Winlink issues or FCC violations, just like many ARRL board members won’t touch it.
The only way to preserve the hobby’s tenets of openness and technological innovation is to elect board members to ARRL who are open minded and willing to look at facts on their merits, rather than what is entrenched or what has been allowed to happen in the past.
There is a saying, those who don’t innovate are dead:
See this: https://www.fastcompany.com/1810048/adapt-or-die-enduring-rule-innovation
and this: https://valuer.ai/blog/50-examples-of-corporations-that-failed-to-innovate-and-missed-their-chance/
Without innovative board members who can think for the long term, and take actions that spawn innovation and regrowth and rebirth, it will be difficult for either ARRL or MAV to take the needed steps to advance our hobby.

The is an established FB page called "My ARRL Voice." It started up about a year or two ago. It was/is pretty effective in waking up much of the ARRL leadership.

Rhetorically speaking, why doesn’t someone create a groups.io group about discussions of ARRL and FCC policies and politics. Invite all and enjoy the drama. We could all join, and most of us can turn off the emails. We could read them only when we log into the group and need to be depressed. As a benefit, most of the emails in the PVRC reflector would be about contests, stations and social events.
For more drama, create a Facebook page.
Just a suggestion, and there is no way I would manage such a group.
