Soapbox. Life is what happens while you make other plans. Sure was true
yesterday.

I had planned to do a remote operation as HH2AA for 10 hours as a single
op. Then operate the last two hours from my home station as K3WA for
another bite of the apple.

Started out from HH2AA on 15M. Lasted about a half hour and then 15
petered out. Went to 20M for about 4 1/2 hours. Signals were mostly weak
but managed a fair rate. At least I was too busy to drink my coffee or
nap. Then, around 2300Z, the noise level jumped to S9 plus 10 and I
couldn't hear a thing. Dropped down to 40 and the noise rose to S9 plus 20
or more. Worked exactly one station there (Ed, N3CW). Turns out there
were thunderstorms overhead the HH station. Waited two hours for the storm
to move on. It did not. My impatience kicked in and I ended the HH2AA
operation.

Set up my station to try the contest from home. Did about 3 1/2 hours as a
SO until I ran out of steam. Lots of fun.

Both logs submitted. It will be interesting to see if NAQP accepts both
logs for a HMO (Highly Motivated Op) or not.

Lots of PVRC in the log, Thanks for the Qs.
