[PVRCNC] RARSfest April 20

RARSfest, aka the Raleigh hamfest, will be April 20 at the NC State
Fairgrounds in Raleigh. PVRC will have a table there recruiting the naive
and taking attendance for the already corrupted.

At 1:00 there will be a joint PVRC/Carolina DX Association (CDXA.org)
luncheon at Backyard Bistro (http://www.backyardbistro.com/) just down the
street from the fairgrounds. All interested are invited to come.
