FWIW after three or fours years one of the ear pads on my QC-25 split,
I contacted Bose and they told me if I returned my QC25 they would sell
me a QC35 for $150.00 dollars so I jumped on it.  The Qc 35 has blue
tooth capabilities and a recharable battery that last a good 20 hours.
To recharge the battery simply plug it into a usb port.
