 There used to be a ham in Trevose, PA that had such a tower with his 
house built under it.  Yes, you read that correctly - two of the tower's 
four legs were in his front yard and the two remaining were in his 
backyard.  He had a tribander on it.  I believe that tower was 230' 
tall, but I'm going back 40 years, so I might be wrong.
