[PVRCNC] Won the lottery - New call NR4O

I applied for a 2x1 vanity call NR4O about 3 weeks ago for the first time.
I was in competition with 5 others for the call.  Got an email early this
morning informing me I was granted the new callsign.  I never thought I'd
win the very first callsign lottery I applied for.  

 

Now, I've got to figure out everything that I have to change that was tied
to my old callsign.
