[PVRCNC] Traffic handling problems?

Dear all: someone in late December sent out a note about how someone "on
high" had made some decision with regard to NTS and traffic handling,
without consulting or advising local folks who are in the know and are
"supposed to be" empowers. I am trying to get evidence that shows how the
ARRL has been strong arming its leadership without considering members or
including ideas from others.  Have people been removed from duties, or
things done without consent or cooporation by ARRL leadership? Can someone
send me a brief bullet list of specific examples of particular "wrongs"
being done by ARRL leadership? We need this ASAP since the board meeting is
Friday. THANKS, ted
