[PVRCNC] Shelby Sweatfest

The W2RU.net page is not working correctly.  But I looked at the QRZ page
for W2RU and that will testify to anyone and everyone that Bud is a person
who is involved in Amateur Radio at many levels, and most importantly, he
is an operator.
