[PVRCNC] June Meeting PVRC NC East Thursday June 1 Manchester's

The regular monthly meeting of the PVRC NC East chapter will be held
Thursday June 1, 2017 in the group room at Manchester's Bar and
Grille, 9101 Leesville Rd, Raleigh, NC 27613. Arrivals begin at 5:15
and continue throughout the meeting. Serious QRN as opposed to
blathering QRN begins at 6 pm. Dining is shortly after you tackle one
of the wait staff.

[Note: high tipping insures that the owner will get beat up by the
wait staff if he tries to schedule the room out from under us.]

All are invited. Newcomers and visitors distinctly welcome.

Any Field Day plans (??) will be discussed plus the usual
round-the-room. Any car pools to LPL open house? Complementary brain
examination, psychoanalysis, and shock treatment will be offered for
those who worked 80m Friday night in the WPX CW.

Sympathetic 807's or equivalent offered for those who bring a copy of
WPX log to the meeting which shows 25 contest contacts on 80m Friday
night. Log must be for 2017 WPX CW, no old field day logs accepted for
this purpose.
