[PVRCNC] Sprinkler system RFI

Strange happening.  Was looking out the window when operating on 30M 
JT65 and the sprinkler system came on.  Constant carrier modes seem to 
have triggered the controller.  CW didn't.

The only thing that changed was that the control box was relocated about 
10' away from a previously good location.  Interestingly enough the 
problem was solved by putting a couple ferrites on the AC line.

Having an indoor antenna on 30M isn't the best setup for keeping the AC 
lines clean.

Other thing that popped up after installing the 160M stealth "antenna". 
  Antenna in quotes because it has only 20' vertical portion in inverted 
L form with cap hats at the far end of the L.  The horizontal portion 
runs along the roof peak.  We started to get clicks in the TV when 
operating 20 CW on the 20M antenna.  This didn't happen before.  It was 
difficult to troubleshoot.  We still use a converter box with old 
fashioned TV and have an outboard equalizer/audio amp to try and hear 
speech better over the background music.  Working backwards from the 
speakers, it turns out that the system was absolutely clean with the 
composite video cable was unplugged from the TV.  Really odd that the TV 
(which has an outboard line filter on the AC) was the cause.  Why I 
don't know.  A couple ferrites on the 3' cable fixed the problem.

The 160M antenna sucks but is better than a light bulb.  Worked a bunch 
of NC guys last night.  You can tell the guys who have a low noise floor.
