Guys,

Here is a curious finding:

All QSO's since 2013 match according to Club Log.
None of the same QSO's match via LOTW

LOTW indicates that 5A1AL is at least submitting logs (i.e, find 
function and resultant log submission dates keep getting updated)

I'm thinking that there is something non-standard about the time being 
submitted to LOTW by 5A1AL.

Anybody have further insight?
