[PVRCNC] Stereo microscope for SMD work

If you do any SMD building or repair work, or even if you've just reached
the age where your glasses spend the majority of the time on your forehead
while working on electronics (not that I would know anything about that), a
stereo microscope is an invaluable tool. Woot is offering a cheap stereo
microscope with 7-45x magnification under their toys category. Don't expect
Zeiss optics, but for $20 you can only do so bad. If it turns out to be
junk, I'm sure there's a child around who will find it interesting.
