[PVRCNC] NT4D SK

This is very sad.  I met Jay about 10 years ago at a PVRC meeting.  He was a
ground crew member during many of the antenna raising parties while building
our station. We also used to enjoy frequent conversations during operating
breaks when Laurie and I were hosting multi-op SSB contests.  He will truly
be missed.

This morning Jamey's wife Debbie posted a Facebook note saying that she
awoke this morning, 10/8/2016,  to find Jay, NT4D had passed in his sleep.

When more information is available, I will post it here.

NT4D was a good friend, and very much an enthusiastic '2nd elmer' to me when
I got back in to amateur radio, and over these past 17 years. 
PVRCNC has lost another good man.  Very sad news.
