This morning Jamey's wife Debbie posted a Facebook note saying that she 
awoke this morning, 10/8/2016,  to find Jay, NT4D had passed in his sleep.

When more information is available, I will post it here.

NT4D was a good friend, and very much an enthusiastic '2nd elmer' to me 
when I got back in to amateur radio, and over these past 17 years. 
PVRCNC has lost another good man.  Very sad news.
