[PVRCNC] NCQP/VOA Bonus for 2017

Dear Fellow NC PVRCers:

I'm writing in hopes to fill an NCQP need for the event in 2017.  As everyone may or may not know, the VOA bonus in NC QSO party was activated for the first time this past February in a less than desirable circumstance with the untimely passing of Jack, W0UCE, SK, who was heading it up. 

We were able to salvage the situation with the last minute help of members of this group and others.  There were some glitches, but all in all it was a success, considering the situation.  We definitely want to do it again. 

There is currently a need to fill this leadership position, and, if interested, occupy an opening coming up on the NCQP committee regarding clubs/bonus manager.  

If anyone is interested in being considered for this position, please let me know.  I will follow up with details and answer any questions. 

NCQP activities for 2017 start going in about late September.
