I was planning to operate in the NCQP but my older brother passed away on Saturday the day before the contest. He was 71 and in okay health. So it was very unexpected.

PVRC members have always been great supporters of the North Carolina QSO 
Party.  We want to make sure we record as many of our members' logs as 
possible.  After only one week, we have analyzed and recorded 205 logs, 
not including problem logs.  That's already over 75% of last year's 
total with a log deadline of March 22.  We want to complete the analysis 
and publish the results as soon as possible.  If you haven't already 
submitted your NCQP log, please do so at your earliest convenience.  
This includes checklogs, which we are always very happy to receive.
