K6RB announced the passing of PVRC/NC alumni KO7X, Alan Bruebaker on the
CWops reflector..

Alan moved here from Utah and never could adjust to our steamy summers.

Although he had a modest station in WY, he  made a good strategic site
selection, and could
be heard on 40M pretty much throughout the day.
Alan was active right thru this summers NAQP...

WY just got a little harder to work; RIP my friend.
