[PVRCNC] New PVRC circle geography?

Since the "new circle" for CQ contests has grown to 200 miles from center, does anyone know if Fayetteville is now included?

I will be there this month doing a presentation to the CFARS Club as an alumni for their 45th Anniversary. Apparently they have quite a bit of interest in contesting and I wanted to find out if they would be eligible for "in the circle" membership?
