[PVRCNC] VP5 vacation

While not wanting to be "commercial" on the reflector, PVRC members may be
interested to know that our family partnership has acquired a 4 BR rental
home on Turks and Caicos, B.W.I. (VP5) that is being renovated and
modernized to high quality for weekly rentals during the coming winter
season October-March. The property is close to, and has a similar
view/antenna orientation as that of VP5JM. Jody still has contesters
visiting but is no longer doing casual rentals. She is pleased that there is
an alternative for other hams wanting to operate on the island. Although
antennas and a radio will be available, it will not be a hardcore contesting
station but more for family vacations with the bonus of ham radio. Check out
