Please mark your calendars:   the 2014 PVRC Holiday Dinner will take place:

- Monday December 1st from 6-9PM

- Fairfax VA  22030

Structural Note
------------------
Please note - this is the 'PVRC Circle-Wide' holiday dinner, where we will
be giving out 5-Meg awards and endorsements, etc.   As we are registering
as a 501(c)(7) entity, we need to be careful about which events are 'PVRC
Circle-Wide' and which events are managed at the Chapter level.   The PJ
Skidoos dinner is the only 'PVRC Circle-Wide' dinner where expenses flow
through the PVRC financial statements.

Any and all Chapters are of course encouraged to continue organizing their
own holiday events / dinners at the chapter level, as has been the case in
past years.   Those events should be run 'off-PVRC books', using a 'share
the tab' cash flow approach.

Entree Selection
-------------------
As in previous years, we will have a Cash Bar and attendees will need to
select an entree in advance:   Salmon, Chicken or Prime Rib.   If you
already know you'll attend, and you know your entree selection, feel free
to email me direct (off Reflector) and I'll keep a running tally.   I will
circle back in mid-November to finalize the list.   I am happy to report my
sons Aidan (K3ADN) and Connor, and XYL Ann all plan to attend.
