[PVRCNC] Tire work

For our relocated Yankee friends, that's the southern phonetic spelling of
that steel or aluminum thing that holds your antennas up. Spelt like its
pro-nounced.

(When I lived in mountains of SW VA, I ran across a fellow ham who kept
talking about his an-teen-ers. Even I had to think about that one for a
second. I believe it was Mark Twain who said, it's a mighty poor
imagination that can't figure out at least two ways to spell a word.)
