Subject: [SFDXA] K4XS for sale

All you dreamers - Here is a real opportunity to get out of your deed
restricted apartment or condo:

This may come as a surprise to many of you but the station will be going
up for sale. I plan to place it on the MLS next week and will also be
marketing it as a turnkey station on eham etc.

Some have asked why, after putting all the work into building the station,
is it up for sale. Both the XYL and I miss the "island life" and will be
headed to Central America or somewhere in the Caribbean. However, we plan
on picking up a "rehab special" in the Clearwater area to use as our base
on the mainland.

If the place sells as a "ham radio turnkey super station" I'll be starting
fresh with all new towers etc. However, if it is sold to a non-ham, I
will be reducing my collection of antennas and towers etc. by quite a bit.

Please feel free to pass the word around on the "superstation" sale.
$610K which includes three 200 foot rotating towers, 20+ antennas, 2 Rohn
55
towers, all fed with 7/8 hardline. The house is around 2100 sq ft, 4/2/2
and
sits on a "green belted"(low taxes) Tifton 44 hayfield (steak for horses)
24 acres only 25 minutes from Tampa down I-75.

You all know how the station plays...it's a great deal for someone who
wants a turnkey super station with low maintenance.

If anyone has any questions please feel free to drop me an email, or give
me a call. 352 942 3145.

Bill K4XS
