[PVRCNC] Any APPLE FACETIME experts?

I was caught in the April 16 fiasco which broke FACETIME for many APPLE 
products.

I know nothing about APPLE stuff.  FACETIME was working on a loaned MAC 
laptop before the above date.

APPLE said to update the OS and perhaps FACETIME.  I updated the OS 
successfully and the latest applicable version of FACETIME in on the LT.

We still get disconnected when trying to make a connection.

I don't know if the problem is on this end or the other I'm trying to 
connect to.

Perhaps just one of you with a working FACETIME could try calling me and 
see if it is AOK here or not.

You'll help a grandma separated by 500 miles get in touch with here 4 
year old grandchild....
