[PVRCNC] Correcting 3830 Scores

Hi Everyone,

A couple of people noticed their pending scores were incorrect for one
reason or another.  I've tracked this down to scores that are corrected
using the 3830scores page.  Original score submissions are posted to the
3830 reflector where I can grab the raw data.  However, corrected scores
are not posted to 3830.  They are only updated on 3830scores.

So, if you have to correct a 3830 submission, use the following form on the
PVRC webpage to submit your corrected score for correct 5M credit:

In some cases the error is obvious (400 point score with 2000 QSOs), but in
other cases it's not obvious (missing operator at a Multi-op).
