[PVRCNC] Vertical Antenna for FMT?

Guys,

I'm looking around for a vertical antenna that covers 80-20M . Looking
for ideas and the hardware.

I have set up two separate channels here to use in Frequency Measuring
Contests. Currently now they split the same horizontally polarized
antenna and fortunately they yield the same measured frequencies.

I'd like to put up a vertical (opposite polarization) for use with one
channel help sort out Doppler effects. More than likely it will be
confounding... But it's worth a try. Note: We're trying to quantify an
effect that is on the order of 0.3 Hz or so during normal measurement
windows. Guessing the Doppler shift during a FMT is the major error
component with today's locked-to-RB equipment. It's weird to be able to
measure frequency to 0.001 Hz, only to have to guess at what tenths of
Hz Doppler correction to add/subtract.

Any suggestions? Power rating is not an issue. Higher SWR's on some
bands is OK since the TS480 used in one channel has a tuner. Adding a
lot of radials for this experiment is something to be avoided!
