[PVRCNC] Updates to Member Update Form

Hi Everyone,

I just updated the form used to update your member info in the roster.
 Most of the changes are under the covers, but there are a few that you may
notice.

First, the 2nd box "Callsign to be Modified" is read only and has to be a
valid member callsign.  This should eliminate most of the spam we get from
the form.

Second, if you are changing your call sign, the 3rd field is now for your
new call and not your previous call.  This was needed because of the first
change.

Third, the callsign of the submitter, first name and last name are now
required fields.

Finally, if you click submit without making any changes, no email is sent
and you'll get a message stating that.
