[PVRCNC] OT -cloning software

Guys,

Need a 100% sector to sector cloning program.  Free is best but will 
settle for something else that is reasonably priced.

I'm trying to upgrade WINXP SP2 to SP3.

However, I don't want to do this on the original SP2 hard drive.
I used MAXBLAST to make a clone.  It seemed to work and the SP3 upgrade 
worked OK

EXCEPT - The Windows restore point function didn't work.

Traced this back to the cloning process used.  Restore point didn't work 
on the cloned drive before upgrade to SP3.  Knowing why is out of the 
question!  I did notice that the cloned drive was 2 Gb smaller than the 
original.  The two drives were the same 250 GB size.

I'd settle for alternate restore port software if you know of any.
