[PVRCNC] 5M Scores Update

The scores for the two January NA QSO Parties (CW & SSB) as well as the CQ
160 CW Contest have been posted to the 5M database.  As always, let me know
if you see an error.

There is a difference in these numbers and the preliminary numbers in the
February newsletter.  I haven't spent much time investigating it, but I
suspect it is probably due to a few late score submissions and also by how
M/2 scores were handled.  In the preliminary scores the host's chapter got
full credit for a M/2 score.  However, the final scores are split according
to the operator's chapter.  So, for example, if a 4 person team had 3
operators from NC East and 1 from NC West, NC East would get 75% of the
score and NC West would get 25%.
