[PVRCNC] Updates to 5M scores

Everyone,

I've just posted final scores for ARRL DX CW and SSB as well as the Russian
DX contest.

Make sure your score is correct and let me know if you see a problem.  I
wrote some new code to increase the amount of automation and decrease the
number of manual steps so there might be some problems.  Specifically, the
status column ("Host of ..." or "Op at ...") is now automated.


I've also pulled in the latest 3830 scores for WPX SSB and will be
uploading those as final scores in a few days.
