[PVRCNC] PVRC NC-East Chapter April Meeting

Thursday is the duly anointed day of the monthly NC-East chapter PVRC 
meeting.  That seems like April 3rd, although this being April 1st and 
an el escribano inexacto notification, anything is possible.

Don't miss tonights Poisson d'avril contest.  Starts at sundown and runs 
to midnight, SO2R on 60m only.  Event will end early if Russian forces 
completely overrun Poland before the normal end of the contest.  "Free" 
poland stations count as double mults, triple if /M.
